Hello, I'vebeen a licensed massage therapist since 2013, but my journey with massage started out as a child practicing on friends and family. 

I was born in Tampa, FL but my family moved here when I was 6 years old so I say I grew up in Carlisle, PA. I graduated from Carlisle High School and now reside in Mechanicsburg, PA with my daughter. I love the area and the community of South Central PA.

I love hiking the Appalachian mountains in the spring and fall and love going to Hershey Park with my daughter in the summer. Winter is a good time to stay in and play some video games with my daughter (Minecraft and Fall Guys) or play poker with some friends. 

In fact, before I went to school for massage therapy I played poker online for a living and played in the 2008 World Series Of Poker main event. Life threw me a curveball when in 2011 online poker was shut down in the USA. This challenging time lead me into a much more fulfilling career. In the fall of 2012 I decided to attend McCann School of Business and Technology in Carlisle, PA for massage therapy and passed by board exams in September of 2013.

Why do I call my business Awakened Wellness? Well, I believe the world is going through a global awakening. I believe this awakening will take decades to complete and propel humanity forward, but in the meantime it’s a challenging time to be human. I was given the gift of touch and I’m grateful to share this gift with you to help you through this challenging time. I’m here for you and feel blessed to serve in this capacity.
